I Loved Secret St James Resort the Staff was Great I zlove the Professional Workers And Staff .I Love the Food and the Staff Waiting on To Service you was Professional and Wounderful Nice .I Love Ro Service a A Plus I Love how they C you Every Day to see os your Needs Forfilled and do yo zneed Anything And is their A Problem with Something Or Someone .This is my 4td Stay at Secret St James Resort And I would live to come m e again with friends and family. But one thing the Price is Expensive But We Enjoyed OUR Seft .Wonderful Good Time .If you all our Ever having a Discount Rate or Price Promotions Please let me Know ..Thank you Again I Loved My Stay .. Our butler, Betty, exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Our housekeeper kept our room immaculate and filled all my requests. The facilities were good but I noticed that there was mold around the bathroom area. Other than that, had a wonderful time and most of the service was excellent. The food was varied and great but disappointed that the fish at the French restaurant was on the verge of spoiling. I did not eat at the Mexican restaurant but my friends said it was not good. We come from California where Mexican food is a staple.

Check in went very prompt and smooth. I enjoyed the services at the Spa, the friendliness of all the staff. NO one ever walked by without proper greeting. Omg! did I mention the food? beyond good. the Asian Infused Restuarant was my overall favorite. the flavors were outstanding made me shed a tear it was that good. Also, I traveled alone and felt very safe with the excursions from the resorts. I used the tour guide for 2 hours. He made me feel extremely safe. He was the proper gentleman. no worries while I went shopping and exploring. Will definitely utilize him again.

I love the 25 min drive from the airport very nice facility upscale and the food was nice at breakfast at the World Cafe the pool party and DJ was the best atmosphere. Nice bars all around and diffdent scenery to take nice pictures. I would come back again to visit. Exceptional House Kepping services room both morning and night were outstanding for checking in with you.

I didn't have much choice in where to stay although the price of this hotel was well out of my budget it was amazing. I have never slept in a bed that was so comfortable. The range of food and number of restaurants was plenty I wish I had more time there to explore everything. St James is one of those resorts that you doing have to leave ever.
